During my last year of secondary school, I tutored two fellow students in sciences, mathematics and both English language and literature. As well as this last year I tutored a student in a-level mathematics, although we were in the same year I was still able to help her.

I prefer to start with examples, identify areas which the students are weak in. Then re-explain from a different approach ( as I find this helps when students reach a block in understanding ) then move on to exam practice.
