About Gaurav

With a 10+ year experience in fitness, health and overall wellness, I understand the importance of being active.
I have been overweight, with diagnosable issues such as fatty liver, IBS and many other health markers which were seriously worrisome. With a disciplined approach to nutrition, and fitness I have never been healthier and happier! And having someone by your side to address your goals makes the process much smoother and better! I have even trained and participated in marathons, and endurance events! I also come with a 6+ year of experience in banking and finance along with 5+ years in coaching of life sciences, so I understand the importance of client confidentiality, professionalism and the human body. What we will do is- get to know your health issues, and fitness goals. Secondly, we will identify what can be improved in your current lifestyle and then finally, prepare a simple sustainable framework to achieve them. Let's make your wellness journey simple and effective
