About Theo
My name is Theo Smaller. I am an A-level student studying English language, English Literature and Drama. I also plan on studying English Literature at Swansea University. During my GCSEs, I earned a 9, an 8 and a 7 for these subjects respectively. Additionally, I achieved a 7 and above in all other subjects.
I believe strongly in the power of connecting to your students, and understanding them as humans, rather than just pupils, or exam numbers. This connection always enhances learning and makes students more eager and confident with their studies.

Tutoring with me is an assured way to secure high grades for GCSE English. I will provide:

-Resources to help better understanding of specific texts, techniques and concepts.
My age is a great aspect of tutoring with me, as I can relate to GCSE students and have a more personal methodology for teaching, which allows for better understanding between me and my students.
The length of my lessons can be up to 2 hours long. Doing lessons virtually means it is easy to book in a session at any time, quickly and safely!
It is worth noting that I did my GCSEs with AQA. This means that at first I will have more underlying knowledge of this exam board. However, I am more than happy to take edexcel students (or anything else!) and will ensure that I familiarise myself quickly with the content!
