About Areesha

Hi! I am a passionate student based in Karachi who recently completed the Cambridge O Level series with a deep focus on mathematics. Math has always been my absolute favorite subject, and I truly believe that every child can excel at it if they are guided with the right approach and a little bit of patience.
I want to teach because I know firsthand how intimidating school math can feel when concepts are rushed. My goal is to bridge that gap for younger students. Because I am a student myself, I understand the modern academic pressure and can easily connect with children from Grades 1 to 7 on their level. I bring a highly structured, organized, and professional approach to my online classes, ensuring a supportive and encouraging environment where mistakes are welcomed as learning steps. I am dedicated to helping my students build strong foundational concepts that will set them up for long-term academic success!

About the lesson

My lessons are specially designed for primary and middle school students from Grades 1 to 7 who want to conquer their fear of mathematics. Having recently completed my Cambridge O Level exams, I bring fresh, strong concepts and a highly relatable approach to younger learners.
I adapt my teaching methodology to the student’s age. For younger kids (Grades 1–3), I focus on making basic arithmetic and numbers fun through interactive visuals. For older students (Grades 4–7), I focus on breaking down complex word problems, fractions, and introductory algebra into simple, logical steps.
A typical online lesson lasts 60 minutes, which is the perfect length to keep students engaged without overwhelming them. Each session is structured with a friendly concept recap, step-by-step guided practice, and an encouraging wrap-up. My classes provide a patient, positive, and stress-free environment to help your child build massive math confidence and ace their school exams!
