I would mostly like to tutor in Biology, Chemistry and French but I feel confident to help with English and Maths
During year 11 I volunteered with a charity where I helped primary school children 1-1 with English, maths and sciences and also lead group sessions with them. I also regularly met with a year 6 in this time to prepare him for his SAT’s

My teaching method would be dependent on each student and what they need. But my rough template would be to spend 20-30 minutes teaching/ reviewing, 10-20 minutes for them to answer some exam-style questions and 10-20 minutes to review them- I find the best way to get better at an exam-based subject is to practice and practice the exam questions so you can get used to the kind of answer the examiners are looking for.
