About Moesha
I am a mummy of two beautiful babies, a fur baby and married to my hubby of nearly 5 years just living and loving a crazy chaotic life!
Being a young mum and struggling with the physical and mental changes that come with it, I found a local gym and started my journey into fitness and my love for it! I then went on to find my true passion which is Cross Training, it changed my outlook on fitness and helped me feel confident in being a strong women!
It made me want to share my knowledge and help others start or wanting to progress on their fitness journey.
