About Liam
I too am a busy parent with a full time job and a young family, since I started following my plan I now feel healthier and have more energy to play with my toddler where as before I would get home and just sit on my phone because I was exhausted. But now soon as I get from work I'm running round the living room playing games with my child which has massively improved our relationship not just with my child but also my partner as even she has noticed a big difference in my health and my mood.
So this is why I want to share this with you to not only help you get healthier but to help develop your relationships and family life.
