About Owen
I am I current A-level Student studying History, Geography, Philosophy, and Economics at Abingdon School. In GCSEs, I achieved six grade 9s, two grade 8s, and two grade 7s (grade 9s including Maths, History, English, and drama!). I am incredibly passionate about my subject, having published regularly in my School History Newsletter and run a weekly club for younger students about how to debate about current affairs. I am a Lower Sixth Form mentor to two students in my school just starting their GCSEs and am excited to begin to support them through the tough process!

My teaching method would be to constantly engage the student on the topic, to ask opinions and judgements in order to develop critical thinking skills; skills heaviy important for scoring top marks on evaluation in exams. I would get a great gasp on the students topic in order to teach to the best of my ability.
