About Reeyaa
I’m someone who enjoys working with people and helping others build on their abilities. I take a patient and supportive approach to teaching, aiming to create a comfortable environment where students feel able to ask questions and learn at their own pace.
I’m also quite creative in how I teach, and I like finding different ways to explain topics until they click. Whether that’s using real-world examples, diagrams, or breaking things down step by step, I focus on making lessons clear and engaging.
Having recently completed my own GCSEs and A-Levels, I have a clear understanding of what is required to succeed, both in terms of content and exam technique.
As a tutor, I’m reliable, well-prepared, and committed to helping students make steady progress. I aim to support students not just with subject knowledge, but also in building confidence in their abilities.

I like to begin lessons using clear, relevant real-world examples so students can easily understand and apply economic concepts. As I get to know each student, I adapt my teaching style to suit their preferred way of learning, whether that’s visual, discussion-based, or more structured practice.
Lessons are typically 1 hour long, allowing enough time to cover content, practice questions, and address any areas of difficulty.
I am a Finance undergraduate who achieved A/A* grades in GCSE and A-Level Economics and Business Studies. I have been selected by my teachers to tutor students, held leadership roles in economics-related societies, and have also hosted economics-related events where I presented and explained key topics to a large audience. I co-founded a business with two others, where I built the website from scratch, carried out marketing, and pitched the idea to investors. In addition, I have written and published journals on economic topics, including spending weeks conducting in-depth research on Japan’s deflation.
My lessons are for GCSE and A-Level students, including those studying Economics and GCSE Business Studies.
