About Chiara
I am a language teacher who had studied Literature, Languages and Teaching at the University of Siena. I have been teaching languages for 6 years!
I taught Italian to Malaysian refugees during my university studies. Teaching them let me deeply understand the mood of my students and the motivation which led them to learn a language.
I taught Italian to migrant children in an elementary school, where I practised using games as a learning process.
After this project I taught privately, which allows me to better understand my students, their interestest and needs.
Since then I always prepare individual and personalized lessons, using mostly the direct method, and enforcing it with grammar exercises, when it is necessary.
