About Venkatamrudula

I am a professional Yoga Therapist and spiritual practitioner with seven years of experience, having been guided by the grace of my Guru. A few years ago, the universe directed me to pursue a Master’s degree in Yoga Therapy from a prestigious Central University, which has further enriched my practice. WHAT IS MEDITATION?

Simply sitting with the body still, closing the eyes, and either recalling thoughts, planning, or struggling to maintain stillness does not constitute meditation. True meditation is the uninterrupted flow of awareness, where the mind remains calm and free from agitation. As long as the mind is restless, achieving the state of meditation remains unattainable. Meditation requires a deep sense of inner peace and mindfulness, allowing one to be fully present in the moment without distractions

WHAT YOU’LL BE OFFERED:

While we are all human beings with the same physical composition—blood, bone, and flesh—psychologically, we differ greatly due to the accumulation of past experiences and emotions. In fact, 99.99% of all agitations arise from the psychological body (manomaya kosha). Each person is guided and initiated into the process of meditation in a manner suited to their unique journey

THE PROCESS INVOLVES:

We will observe your energy and identify the source of agitation. We will guide you in learning how to regulate and take control of your thought patterns without indulging in them. By the end of the session, you will feel calm, relaxed, and rejuvenated. Join me to immerse yourself in this transformative experience.
