First of all, in lectures Natascha carefully prepared courseware, and also the content was interesting. First of all, Natascha prepared carefully all coursework in lectures and seminar and the content was very interesting and engaging.

During the seminar, Natascha explained all the students' questions patiently. In seminars she explained all questions from students with patience.

In private, Natasha is happy to help international students with their life problems. Natascha is caring about the lives of international students and is always happy to help and advice.

For example, actively give ways to improve English, how to do when facing homesickness and so on. For example, she actively gives ways to improve English and academic writing, and recommends ways to deal with homesickness etc.

It is worth mentioning that most of the overseas students from China highly approve of the academic level of the teacher. Natascha is an outstanding tutor who is not only excellent at teaching but also gives great help to her students. When I arrived in the UK, I was worried about my language skills. It was Natascha who encouraged me to speak English and gave me the encouragement to improve my English faster. In addition to this, she was very honest and patient in guiding me through the assessments and answering my questions. With her help, I was able to apply to my target university to complete my Master's degree. It is a great honour to be her student.

To tell the truth, I have never thought that a teacher would be so patient as you to help students answer these maybe “stupid” questions. What's more, I am surprised that when I hear you talk about some theories in lectures, you can always combine many practical cases to make it very vivid. I don't think a pure scholar can give such a good lecture. I admire teachers like you who can achieve both academic and practical achievements.

I am writing this email at the request of Natascha McVeigh, who has been my lecturer for the module Customer Service Management and second half of module Crisis Management for Hospitality Enterprises at the University of Lincoln.

During the courses, Natascha has always been driven to develop her skills as a lecturer. Although English is not her first language, Natascha always tries her best to deliver all the important information and details to the class. Moreover, she is always eager to take extra responsibility such as advisor for me when it comes to assessment times. Her wide-ranged knowledge of business and marketing is truly an asset to the university, and I believe you could not ask for more when having Natascha as a lecturer.
