About Martina
My name is Martina and I’m from Co. Limerick. I studied agricultural science for 2 years and loved it in secondary school. I originally wanted to become a vet, but knew I wouldn’t be able to get the points. Towards the end of 5th year I looked into career prospects and decided agricultural science was a good option for me. I have just completed the second year of a general agricultural science degree, specialising in animal and crop production.

I come from a beef farming background and currently work on a dairy farm on the weekends when I’m home from college. I loved ag science in school and did very well in my leaving cert, as well as receiving an award for being the top of my ag science class. I had many different ways of learning when I was in school and can incorporate them to fit different tutoring needs.
