About Aoife
I am a first-year medical student in UCD and I have a great love of math and science. I taught first-year math in TY, and as a math prefect in 6th year, I had the responsibility of helping anyone struggling with math, in any way at all throughout the year. I also have a lot of experience coaching hockey, tennis, and sailing, and I really enjoy teaching.

As a 2025 Leaving Cert student, I know each of the courses extremely well, and have an in-depth knowledge of the best study and exam techniques to achieve top marks in Leaving Cert and Junior Cycle maths. I believe in having a strong foundation in the theory of each topic, that can then be built on with repeated, guided practice of exam questions. I can tailor my teaching methods and topics to the needs of each individual student as I know that everyone learns in different ways and at different paces, and can provide concise and easy-to-understand notes where necessary. I hope to help others achieve their very best results, and so my classes are very exam focused.
