About Ahmed Zeedan
I am just a regular guy. Just like you and most around you. I have had a fair share of problems growing up, a lot of which had to do with the fact I was weak or skinny and or something about my physique. It took me a long time to overcome that and luckily I had my brother who is a professional trainer to help me through that. My goal with teaching is to try being that figure for my student.

For me, training is nothing without discipline. I will try to incorporate that discipline into your daily routine, step by step. Slowly but surely. The results will speak for themselves. I am looking mainly for people who are interested in bodybuilding or just generally being functionally fit.
