About Laurence
I am a professional and dedicated graduate with a range of experience working and volunteering with young people. I am looking to branch out into tutoring and providing support to young people with Additional Learning Needs and believe that this will allow me to make a meaningful contribution to the all-round development of students by being passionate, patient and enthusiastic.

I believe that students are able to thrive best academically when they are part of a positive classroom climate that facilitates their particular style of learning; be it visual, written, auditory or kinaesthetic. I try to build my lesson methods around what best suits a learner - rather than prescribe to a particular methodology. As a result - I am constantly learning also.
