About Susan

I have taught both individual and small groups of students English Language Skills and Literature as well as Basic Study Skills. I am extremely well liked by my students as I am patient and have an excellent sense of humor. I have had a very high success rate, even with the most struggling students.

About the lesson

I am a former school administrator who has tutored in both the public and private school sector.
My teaching method is based on formative assessment, meaning at the end of each lesson I give a quick review to determine that my student understands the material before we move on.
