About Cierra
Hello, nice to meet you my name is Cierra Romero! I am a 18 year old senior in high school, I started guitar when I 11 years old. I started learning from YouTube due to not having much money growing up, and surrounding myself with professional guitarists in my community it was not easy but it is possible. I would love to give students of all ages to learn that guitar is an instrument that is not only beautiful but it can be a outlet for life, a safe place when all is lost and a passion that can last for a lifetime.

The teaching approach I will do is a personalized and progress based approach. I will take much importance on relationships and communication with students. The development is significant so the student to becomes even more passionate with going to lessons and really getting to know why students takes interest in guitar. With getting to know each student we will all learn the basics of guitar as lessons go on whilst making it an enjoyable time for each and every student. Then analyzing which student might need extra help or even need more content to make personalized even in a group setting. This is important so no student is left behind or even taking steps back when they learn quicker than average.
