About Barbara

I have a B.A. in Italian, and have been instructing for 6 years. My experience includes teaching at Berlitz Language Services Worldwide, and as a private instructor in Miami, Minneapolis and Atlanta. I designed and taught "Italian for Travelers" classes through Minneapolis Community Education. Currently I teach virtually. I am open to in-person teaching with COVID safety precautions!

About the lesson

My teaching method is to assess your learning style and customize my instruction to how you learn.
My classes are fun because fun facilitates learning. We set learning goals together to meet your unique needs. I share tips on pronunciation, memes for retaining vocabulary, and how to immerse yourself in the language to converse easily.
