About Preston
Originally from North Texas, I traveled to Spain at the age of 18 with no Spanish skills whatsoever. My passion for language ignited and has yet to be squelched! Returning to the United States, I obtained my Bachelor's Degree in Spanish and have traveled to many Spanish-speaking countries where I am always amazed at the opportunities I have as a bilingual individual. With my passion for people and language, I served as a Law Enforcement Officer for 12 years where I was able to use my skills to help my community.
Words cannot express the joy that language skills have brought me in the last 16 years and I hope to empower others to be able to achieve the same.

I believe in developing a sound foundation with basic principles and then rapidly accelerating. Language learning differs from any other study so equipping students with sound practice principles is key.
A typical lesson will focus on three major categories: Vocabulary, Grammatical Structure, and the Best Ways to Practice.
Each lesson will also include Verb Conjugations as conquering verbs is the best way to accelerate success.
Learning from native Spanish speakers can be beneficial, but learning from someone who has had to learn this language with no prior knowledge allows me to teach you from true experience. I've made all the mistakes so that you can avoid them.
I welcome all types of learners and will be happy to guide you to your desired level of Spanish competency.
