About Grace

As a Spanish tutor with over 4 years of experience and a BSc in Mathematics with Actuarial Science, I bring structure and empathy to my teaching. My specialty is guiding heritage speakers to grow their Spanish skills and confidence. Many already speak conversationally but want to move toward strong grammar, academic writing, and advanced vocabulary. I create lessons that make this possible with clarity and care. My approach includes cultural awareness, emphasizing the diversity within the Spanish-speaking world. This helps students connect with language on both an intellectual and personal level. I understand the sensitive role Spanish plays in heritage identity. That’s why I teach with patience, encouragement, and respect. Each session is designed to empower students not only with skill but also with pride. I help students see bilingualism as a gift worth nurturing. About the lesson

I create Spanish lessons that are warm, interactive, and rooted in culture. My teaching uses storytelling, songs, and traditions to make learning exciting. Students dive into lyric analysis, rhythm and meter in language, and celebration-themed vocabulary. Lessons also explore the cultural significance of festivals, adding depth to the learning process.
