About Ekaterina
I am a qualified Russian as a Foreign Language teacher with a pedagogical degree and extensive international experience. I have taught both children and adults, supported participants at international forums such as Eurasia Global, and studied abroad with full funding in Indonesia. I was also invited to the Academy of Foreign Affairs in Azerbaijan, which strengthened my intercultural skills and broadened my teaching perspective. I hold an English B2 certificate, so I can explain complex topics in English when needed. My bachelor’s thesis on the integration of international students into university life reflects my commitment to helping learners feel confident and supported. With my professional background, cultural expertise, and friendly approach, you can be sure that your lessons will be effective, engaging, and tailored to your needs.

As a tutor, I use an interactive and communicative approach with a strong cultural focus. Lessons include warm-up activities, new material (vocabulary, grammar, or cultural topics), and plenty of practice through dialogues, role-plays, listening, or reading. I always finish with a short speaking or writing task and give creative homework such as mini-presentations or cultural projects.
What sets me apart is my international background: I supported participants at global forums like Eurasia Global, studied with full funding in Indonesia, and was invited to the Academy of Foreign Affairs in Azerbaijan. My bachelor’s thesis on integrating international students into university life helps me understand learners’ real needs.
My lessons are designed for A1–B1 learners, TORFL preparation, and anyone who wants conversational Russian or deeper knowledge of Russian culture
