Absolutely love Pallavi and her classes. Pallavi’s Sadhna classes are unlike any other Yoga classes. She takes you to a very meditative space. Though the classes contain lots of physical practices but it deeply relaxes you at the same time.
An amazing yoga teacher with the sweetest voice on the planet.
Very well structured plan.
All steps of yoga are meticulously explained and guided meditation is icing on the cake.
Thank you Pallavi, look forward to all your classes!View more recommendations
