About Elia

My teaching methodology focuses on making piano learning practical, engaging, and inspiring. I use real-life examples and case studies to help students understand musical concepts clearly and see how music connects to everyday life. This approach makes lessons relatable and encourages students to explore beyond the notes.

I guide students to experiment with different styles, express themselves through performance and composition, and develop their unique musical voice. Flexibility is also important — I adapt lessons to each student’s pace, learning style, and goals, ensuring they feel supported while challenged.

I encourage students to work together, share ideas, and learn from one another, which builds confidence and teamwork skills. Besides piano, I also teach related subjects like music theory and composition to provide a well-rounded understanding, helping students grow holistically in their musical journey.

About the lesson

I have 8 years of experience teaching Piano to high school and college students, guiding over 250 learners on their musical journeys. Teaching is my passion, and I strive to create a positive and encouraging environment where students feel inspired to explore music and express themselves. I focus not just on technique, but also on nurturing creativity, confidence, and a lifelong love for piano.

Over the years, I have helped students prepare for school recitals, competitive exams, and college auditions. Seeing my students achieve their goals and grow in both skill and confidence has been one of the most rewarding parts of my career. Many of my students have performed successfully in concerts and competitions, which I consider significant milestones that highlight the impact of focused and personalized guidance.

My teaching philosophy goes beyond notes and scales. I emphasize performance, theory, and composition to provide a well-rounded musical education. Each lesson is tailored to the individual student’s needs and goals, allowing them to progress at their own pace. Whether a student wants to perform on stage, excel academically, or simply enjoy playing, I am dedicated to helping them reach their full potential and enjoy every step of their musical journey.
