About Leba
The main focus of my achievements is my ongoing involvement in education and training in both academic and corporate environments. I have completed studies and research in both the sciences and the humanities and this has given me a broad and rich experience in education.
I have been responsible for such tasks as identifying educational needs, assessing students’ ability, designing appropriate courses, delivering training and teaching, teaching how to teach, and assessing students’ progress.

My approach to teaching is to both (1) understand the student's educational needs, level of knowledge, ability to work with abstract concepts, and degree of motivation; and (2) to begin to introduce the subject matter in a way that is appealing and stimulating intellectually, and takes the student to a level where he/she begins to formulate his/her own questions and his/her own analyses and commentary.
