Hey there! I'm a native Mandarin speaker with over 20 years in China, now living in Melbourne. I'm friendly, easygoing, and here to make learning Mandarin stress-free.

As a foodie, I'm more than happy to share lots of Authentic Chinese recipes with you, books, TV series, Movies, Travel tips etc if you are interested:)

If you are here in Melbourne, I am also more than happy to show you some food to try, supermarkets to shop at, and cultural places to visit here in Melbourne!

Hello, everyone!

I'm Yulin, I'm so happy to welcome you to my Mandarin teaching class! Based in Melbourne, I've had a unique language journey, earning both my bachelor's and master's degrees in China (Xi'an and Guangzhou) before spending the last 6 years in Australia. Fluent in both Mandarin and English, I bring a diverse perspective to our language-learning adventure.

During my time in China, I worked as a language teacher for 2 years, honing my skills in designing engaging content for students. Now, as your Mandarin teacher, I'm excited to share my passion for language and culture with you.

In our classes, effective learning is a team effort. I tailor each session to your specific goals, interests, and language levels, ensuring an environment that is not only effective but also enjoyable and centred around you.

Learning a language goes beyond words—it's a journey into people, cultures, and history. Besides teaching the language, I'm eager to share cultural insights and even introduce you to some delicious Chinese cuisine!
