In 2017, he moved to the 𝗨𝗞 to pursue his career as a concert pianist.

In 2018, Maxim won the 𝗥𝗡𝗖𝗠 𝗚𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗮𝗹 and showcased his artistry at the 𝗥𝗡𝗖𝗠 𝗚𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗮𝗹 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 concert at 𝗪𝗶𝗴𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗹.

After becoming an 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗞𝗶𝗿𝗰𝗸𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘁 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆 in London, Maxim played his 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹-𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 at 𝗪𝗶𝗴𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗹 in October 2019.

In 2021, Maxim achieved the completion of his 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗗𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗺𝗮 at the 𝗥𝗼𝘆𝗮𝗹 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗰, guided by the esteemed pianist 𝗔𝘀𝗵𝗹𝗲𝘆 𝗪𝗮𝘀𝘀.

Thanks to this course, Maxim made his debut recording of 𝗖é𝘀𝗮𝗿 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗸’𝘀 𝗦𝘆𝗺𝗽𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗩𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 with the 𝗕𝗕𝗖 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗢𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮, which took place at the 𝗕𝗕𝗖 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗼 at 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆𝗨𝗞, Salford.

As a 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟭 𝗜𝗺𝗼𝗴𝗲𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿, he participated in intensive master classes, interning with world-renowned pianist 𝗗𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗜𝗺𝗼𝗴𝗲𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿 for a week.

Maxim has served as a 𝗣𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗼 𝗧𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗿 at 𝗔𝘂𝗿𝗮 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝘆 and as a 𝗣𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗼 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿 at both 𝗠𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗼𝗽𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗰 and 𝗥𝘂𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗼 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲 in Manchester.

Prior to that, he dedicated 3 years to teaching as a 𝗣𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗼 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿 and 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗶𝗿 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁 at 𝗠𝗼𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘄 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗡𝗼.𝟭𝟰 in Russia.

His students, spanning various levels and ages from beginners to professionals, undergo comprehensive preparation for exams, concerts, and competitions, showcasing 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀.

Remarkably, 𝟭𝟬𝟬% of Maxim's 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 have attained a 𝗠𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘁 or 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 rate in their 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 exams, coupled with 𝘃𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 across the UK.
Notably, one of his private students recently secured 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗲 at the
𝗔𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗹𝗲𝘆 𝗘𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗙𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹, judged by Timothy Barratt.

Maxim warmly welcomes 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀, starting from 6 years old, to experience a lesson with him.

Recognising the uniqueness of each student, Maxim believes in tailoring his approach to meet 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀.
For instance, with 𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗹𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, he emphasises the use of 𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗰 while helping them understand the 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗿'𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝘆𝗹𝗲 in their performed works.
However, he acknowledges that such an approach may not be suitable for teaching young pianists.

Above all, Maxim strives to instil a 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗰 and the 𝗽𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗼 itself in his students, placing significant importance on finding the right approach to 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲 and 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 young learners from the outset.
