About Sugandh

Hi! I’m a Japanese language tutor with a Master’s degree in Japanese and JLPT N2 certification.

With 5+ years of corporate experience and prior teaching experience, I bring a practical and structured approach to learning Japanese—so you don’t just study the language, you actually understand how to use it.

I specialize in making Japanese feel simple and less intimidating, especially for beginners. Whether it’s grammar, vocabulary, or sentence formation, I break everything down into easy, clear steps.

If you’ve ever felt that Japanese is confusing or hard to keep up with, I’ll help you learn it in a way that finally makes sense—and builds your confidence along the way.

About the lesson

My classes are designed to be simple, structured, and easy to follow, especially for beginners.

I focus on:
• Clear understanding of grammar and sentence formation
• Building speaking confidence from the beginning
• Vocabulary that is actually useful in real-life situations
• Reading and writing basics (Hiragana, Katakana, Kanji as per level)

Each lesson is personalized based on your level and goals. Whether you are learning for JLPT exams or just starting your Japanese journey, I will create a step-by-step plan to help you improve consistently.

I have taken regular classes from Sugandh and so far i can say it was the best decision, I have been looking out for a Japanese language translator and she really gave out that support, learning and guidance. I highly recommend her, she would explain in 4-5 different ways when i couldn't understand and used a different approach. Daily revisions and connects helped. She also shared notes and pictorial representation to make the content interesting so that i don't lose interest. Highly Highly recommended!!
