About Jordy
I am a Personal Trainer and Remedial Massage Therapist. I have been coaching since 2010 in Europe, Caribbean and Australia. My knowledge is a reflection of my Sport Engineering degree, my background as Elite Athlete (Swimming, Basketball, American Football), recently Graduated with Remedial Therapy skills. Combining Remedial Massage Therapy and Training give me a good expertise on the human body to help you to reach your strengthening goals but also keep your body safe from injuries.

I exclusively use body weights exercices to help you to understand and control the full capacities of your body. I will guide you with strength and resistance Training and also stretching session. Based on circuit training program, 1 hour session will be enough to cover cardioTraining, CardioBoxing, Running, CoreTraining, BalanceTraining and Stretching.
