About Nahom

I'm a seasoned Muay Thai and Kickboxing coach with a decade of experience. Over the years, I've participated in 28 fights and secured 7 titles. My passion extends to teaching, where I've guided numerous students, some of whom have pursued competitive careers. Whether training fighters or individuals seeking to learn the arts, I prioritize patience and open-mindedness, customizing workouts to match each student's pace and skill level. My approach ensures not only effective training but also a fun and enjoyable experience for all.

About the lesson

My teaching approach blends technique, conditioning, and mindset training to ensure every student improves safely and efficiently. A typical lesson includes:

1. Warm-Up & Movement Prep
We begin with dynamic stretching, mobility work, and footwork drills to get the body ready and sharpen coordination.

2. Technical Breakdown
I demonstrate each movement and explain why it works. We focus on fundamentals—stance, balance, striking mechanics, defense—before building to combinations and advanced concepts.

3. Guided Drills & Padwork
You’ll drill techniques with repetition and rhythm, followed by padwork to develop power, accuracy, timing, and real-world application. I give constant feedback and adjustments so you improve quickly.

4. Conditioning Finishers
At the end of every session, we incorporate short conditioning rounds to build strength, explosiveness, and fight-level cardio.

5. Cool Down & Review
We wrap up with a breakdown of what you learned, what improved, and what to work on next.
