About Lorena
My foray into gymnastics has been going on for a few years now, I have had an approach to different disciplines such as dance, biomechanical stretching, poledance, and fitness among others. I have taught in different gyms and clubs, as well as in a private way. I have a degree in Psychology, which has provided me with tools to work individually as well as in groups certain fundamental aspects that make the body in motion.

My work methodology specifically aims to work the body in a conscious way, not random, but connecting body and psyche, to obtain maximum performance through said connection, in my classes you learn to do gymnastics, you learn to appropriate the exercises, the technique, in order to avoid future injuries but above all to enjoy the body in movement and its long-term functional benefits.
