About Hannah

I’m a German tutor with a background in Art History and Language Studies and experienced in teaching students of all ages and levels. I'm a native speaker and also fluent in English. I support young learners by making language fun and accessible, while helping adult learners build practical skills and confidence for conversations and professional development. I’ve always enjoyed working with others — whether in one-on-one lessons or group settings — and love helping learners achieve their goals. I’m committed to creating a supportive and engaging learning environment that facilitates quick progress and builds confidence - so that German wird so einfach wie Brot backen :-)

About the lesson

My lessons are tailored to suit all ages and levels, from complete beginners to advanced learners. I take a personalised, student-centred approach that adapts to each learner’s goals, pace, and interests. Whether you're learning for exams (e.g. GCSE or A-Level), work, travel, or as a personal hobby, my lessons are designed to build confidence and fluency through practical language use. I use a variety of techniques including conversational, listening and reading exercises, clear grammar explanations, and vocabulary-building exercises - and always strive to make my lessons fun too! :-)
