My most favorite teaching method is the “Mixed or Bended Style” which incorporates demonstration, facilitation, and development of knowledge (or task delegation). It must, however, be noted that what works best for me and happens to be my favorite might not be suitable for someone else.
The essence of an adopted teaching style is to engage the students in an active learning process and initiate critical thoughts in them. There are also times when one has to adjust his/her style just to accommodate the needs of the learners.
