About Mario

Hi! I’m Mario, a professional Video Game Designer, programmer, and the founder of the independent studio Space Base Games.

I hold a Degree in Interactive Product Design (Grado en Diseño de Productos Interactivos) and I have hands-on, full-cycle experience in game development. I recently published my latest major title, Agebringer, on Steam and Google Play, handling everything from C# programming and systems architecture to UI and storefront integration. I’ve also developed several other titles like Bling Fortune Memories and Darkless.

Whether you are a beginner wanting to make your first game, a university student needing help with assignments, or an aspiring indie dev looking to polish your portfolio, I can help you turn your ideas into playable realities!

About the lesson

My teaching methodology is 100% practical, hands-on, and project-driven. I strongly believe that the best way to learn game development is by actually making games, rather than just reading dry theory. Whether you want to prototype your first idea, pass a university assignment, or learn how to structure a full indie game for a commercial release, I tailor every single session to your specific goals and skill level.

How the classes are structured:

Goal-Oriented Approach: In our first session, we will define your main objective (e.g., "I want to make a 2D platformer in Unity," "I need help understanding C#," or "I want to learn Unreal Engine Blueprints").

Active Development: We will write code, design levels, and fix bugs together in real-time. Instead of just giving you the answers, I will guide you step-by-step so you understand the logic behind every system.
