Online and London-based technique 1-1 sessions. Can educate on the science behind muscle building and talk about diet extensively. Can teach you how to build programmes and powerlifting programmes especially. Best for people who want the most comprehensive education. I am qualified as a PT and S+C coach. 1-hour sessions or contact for bespoke options.
