About Vanessa
I am co-founder of Your Authentic Self Cooking School in Sydney and currently run The Living Classroom cooking program within Queensland schools.
I have held cooking classes for groups of up to 10ppl at a time as well as facilitated large workshops for groups of 20- 80 people.
My focus is on wholefood and traditional cooking methods including fermenting, paleo, low-carb and gluten-free cooking.
I love to share my knowledge and experience to support people to gain the skills in the kitchen to create simple and delicious healthy meals for themselves and their families.
