thanks for checking my profile!
I discovered my love for cooking and baking very early and our own gastronomic business certainly contributed a lot. :-)
I like to cook healthy and try to reduce fat, so my cooking classes are also perfect for people who want to change their diet.
In addition, I offer courses for beginners who want to learn the basics of cooking. I can show you how to bind a sauce, cook delicious pasta and cook simple and fast dishes etc.
We can also concentrate on baking or desserts. I know many delicious cake recipes for fluffy cakes, or maybe we'll make a chocolate mousse?
