About Wendy
I'm lifestyle coach and started practicing Yôga in 2010. I was directly assigned by the elegance and strength of the choreographies of SwáSthya Yôga, as well as the possibility to practice this method independently. The philosophy and the technology have improved the quality of life. The decision to become a teacher and help others was therefore a natural one.
