I have a FIDE rating of 1834 and a CFC-rating of 1960. Chess is a mysterious game with a lot of hidden beauty in it. The magical combinations of Mikhail Tal, the flawless endgame technique of Capablanca, and the hidden novelties of Vladimir Kramnik. This game of 64 squares and 32 pieces has taught me some and given me a chance to get to know myself even better. I wish to explore some of the beauties with you.

The lesson is going to be conducted in a very professional and interactive manner, I will put up a lot of questions and will ensure that my students understand and can implement my teachings in their own game. My teachings will not only help you to become a better chess player but also a better person.

Looking forward to having a wonderful session with you!

  • When and why did you develop an interest in your chosen field?

I began playing chess at the age of 8 with my father and played with him for 2 years continuously then I started attending classes at a chess academy in my city and this is how I made my way in the world of chess, which is full of mysteries. I have always tried to give my best irrespective of the situation. Chess plays an important role in my life and it has helped me to become a better person in real life.

  • What makes you passionate about your subject?

My desire to always give my best in every situation makes me passionate about the game of chess. I have studied the games of the best players in the game of chess and I have realized that it is important to make the best moves using your intelligence and never regret your decisions after you make them.

  • What do you like about tutoring? What makes you a "Superprof"?

Tutoring has always been something that I really enjoy and look forward to it. I would like to guide the upcoming chess players and would like to contribute to their success. I have made many mistakes throughout my chess career which I realized later, but I have learned a lot from them so I would like to pass on my knowledge and wisdom to my students. I want to build a road for my students and let them walk on it and go through their own experiences. As a coach, I believe it is my responsibility to make my students capable of facing any situation on the board and not get scared of it.

  • Do you have any role models; a teacher that inspired you? Please explain.

I consider Mikhail Botvinnik, the 6th World Champion and the patriarch of Soviet chess, as my idol. He was a World Champion for almost 13 years and was also the coach of Garry Kasparov. He was a great player at the same time a great coach. Under his mentorship, Garry Kasparov was able to become the youngest World Champion in the history of the game. His unique way of teaching combined with his extraordinary knowledge of the game made him a great teacher. I consider him as my role model and I have learned a lot from his games and his teachings. I look forward to being a great teacher and player!

  • What are your keys to success?

I would say that hard work and the right mentorship is the key to success. It is very important to enjoy the journey and learn. There is no age for learning as this is an ongoing process that never stops. I always try to learn something new every day. Right mentorship means the learning in right direction to me. I always give my best in providing the right mentorship and let my students work hard and use my lessons in their own games. To me, the right mentorship is when the students are using my teachings on their own and are capable to realize and learn from their mistakes.
