About Archie
I am based in Hampshire and have been teaching calisthenics for years as an in-person trainer.
During the pandemic I started coaching my students online and although different from in person training, it offers real benefits. For example, being able to provide instant answers to questions over message and analyzing video training footage in real time. As well as this, working together to design online training programs and diaries, specifically tailored to your goals gives the clients
valuable support between sessions.

I've been teaching calisthenics for years and helped all abilities improve, by LEARNING how to coach themselves. So that eventually I'm not needed anymore!
I will help coach you; not just prescribe boring, bland workout programs. Your program will be unique to you, helping you strengthen your weakest muscle groups and optimize your strongest so that you can achieve your specific goals as fast as possible.
From general whole-body strength to individual calisthenics movement routines, I will guide you through your unique program, and unlike any other trainers, I will tailor your schedule based on performance session by session, so you never stop improving!
Whether you've never a completed pullup or are a bodyweight veteran I can show you a new perspective on your training and optimize your potential.
What your first free session with me will look like:
-Get to know you, understand your favorite methods of training and what you enjoy and struggle with.
-Understand your goals, whether that be a specific movement like the muscle up, or a sport specific strength and conditioning program, or even a general fitness or weight loss regime.
-I will give you a full workout routine to complete, assessing all main muscle groups to give me an idea of your relative strengths and weaknesses
-I will talk you through exercises, sets and reps that will help you the most to lay down a strong foundation moving forward.
After your first free session I will design a unique workout program, complete with rest periods and diet recommendations.
Next session I will send you the program and talk you through every aspect of each exercise and what it does to your muscles. I will also show you form guides and mental check points, to make sure you're performing them optimally.
Every session with me will be focused on teaching you the principles of effective training and nutrition, so ultimately, you'll be able to coach yourself! Along with useful tips and tricks that I've learnt through my years of training and coaching. I love checking in with clients on a weekly basis over WhatsApp and giving feedback and advice on their progress.
