About Mrinal
I have been teaching as home tutor since August 2015 and as tutor at a coaching centre of a batch of 15 students since January 2017 . Almost, I have more than 2.5 + Years of experience as an educator.
As a home tutor , I have been teaching 5 students per day for one hour at their homes from last 2.5 years and a batch of 15 students from last 6 months at a coaching centre . All of them is doing very well in their school annual examination. One of my students who appeared this year in CBSE Class 10th Board scorde 10 CGPA . My teaching techniques or style includes of :-
1) Diagnosis : As the name itself says , Firstly I try to know about the weakness and weak areas of my students by assessing them via various ways.
2) Concept / Base Building :
I prefer to build base / concept first to direct teaching from examination point of view i.e. to score good marks because at the end of the day the basic concepts of a subject pays not marks .
3) Try Try Try And Get :
I focus more on practising , so that I can make the required improvements earlier and at last my student can do better in their examinations.
3) Motivation :
I behave more like a motivator than a teacher so that my student can never feel that he lacks of motivation and self-confidence and I boost up them regularly by conducting weekly / monthly tests and by rewarding them for their performance .
4) Friendly Environment :
I love to be a friend of my students but with dignity so that they can share their problems and I can remove those problems as soon as possible.
5) Social Values :
Last but not least , I try my best to enhance social values and good morals in my students so that they may become good citizen of India

Details
Money is basic requirement for daily needs and to live in a city like New Delhi . So, I charge fee because at least I can look after myself in a better way.
Although , money and fee is not primary and can be negotiated later according to terms and conditions.
