About Moumita
I am a sincere, dedicated, punctual person who is very passionate about teaching. My teaching career started in the year 2008 as a home tutor when I was pursuing MSc in Microbiology. Later on I worked as a Lecturer in the department of Microbiology, Sammilani Mahavidyalaya (under Calcutta University) till 2012. After completing B.ed in the year 2013, I joined Wisdom Foundation, then Gyan Bharati Vidyalaya and lastly Sunrise International School as a TGT science teacher till the year 2017. I cleared Net Lecturership exam with all India rank 27. Apart from studies I love reading story books, painting, singing and photography.

Biology is not at all about learning some terminologies or memorising the scientific names. It's a subject that relates to our daily life processes. It is completely based on the deep scientific concepts that are proven by experiments, observations and the conclusions. So my method of teaching is solely based on the explanation of the concepts taking the help of different teaching aids like pen and paper, audio video clips, diagrams etc. I also strongly believe in the regular assessment and evaluation of the students as well as providing the remedial help to the students.
