About Mujab

Hi there! I’m Mujab, with a degree in English and Comparative Literature from the American University in Cairo. I taught English as a second language at Misr International University and worked as a translator and senior editor for Al Ahram International politics journal. I now teach Modern Standard and conversational Arabic. Tailoring lessons to your goals and level, my teaching style is patient, structured, and interactive, with clear explanations, conversation practice, and cultural context to make learning meaningful and engaging. I have experience working with kids, adults, and professionals, and I aim to make every lesson enjoyable and productive. Whether your goal is to read, write, or speak Arabic fluently, I’m here to guide you step by step with clarity and confidence. See you out there :)

About the lesson

My approach to teaching Arabic is patient, structured, and tailored to each student. I believe that learning a new language should feel practical and encouraging, not overwhelming. That’s why I break lessons into clear steps, with plenty of opportunities for practice and repetition.

A typical lesson includes:

Reviewing previous material to build confidence

Introducing new vocabulary or grammar in a simple, clear way

Practicing through conversation, reading, or short exercises

Ending with a recap and a small task to reinforce learning

What sets me apart is my ability to adapt lessons to your goals. Whether you want to learn conversational Arabic (focus on Egypt and the Levant -Shaam- for colloquial accents) and/or Modern Standard Arabic for reading and writing, I adjust the pace and materials to match your needs. I also bring cultural insights and real-life examples to make the language come alive.

My lessons are for beginners, intermediate learners, and those who want to strengthen their Arabic step by step. Kids, adults, and professionals are all welcome.

I share my knowledge in a way that is clear, supportive, and focused on progress. As my name, Mujab, suggests — I aim to respond to each student’s learning needs with patience, care, and dedication.
