Mr Dinesh Mongia has been a teacher in my 11th and 12th grade class. He has been responsible for teaching Accountancy.

During this time, he has planned and implemented the daily homework, and tests. He has successfully demonstrated his awareness of different learning styles and has adequately adjusted assignments to meet the varied needs of students. His units were thoroughly prepared and implemented. He was successful in monitoring and adjusting to various schedule changes in order to complete it during his time of teaching.

He possesses a positive and enthusiastic personality. He has a great rapport with the students he has worked with. He is well dressed, articulate, and always ready with a smile and a kind word. He has had a positive working relationship with each one of them.

I am confident that Mr Dinesh will be an asset to any staff that he works with. He is confident, knowledgeable, and has the skills of a seasoned teacher. I believe that he will continue to grow and become even more effective as a teacher with further opportunities.
