About Darrin

Darrin seeks to help others experience the fullness of their calling through coaching, resources, and character development. Darrin has a bachelor's in Communication Design and his master's in personal and organizational leadership. Darrin has led multiple non-profit organizations with a focus on leader development and training, has written curriculum for faith-based leadership schools, and currently serves in executive roles in his own international organization as well as serving as a pastor in his church in the San Antonio area where he has developed a leadership pipeline and training process. Darrin has been married for 12 years (as of 2024) and has six children. Darrin loves helping people and seeing them grow in their calling and has traveled to speak and teach around the US and in seven other countries across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

About the lesson

Darrin Miller has his masters in personal and organizational leadership and has been raising up leaders since 2014 through his own organization as well as serving as a consultant for other organizations. and businesses. In addition to his own methods and experience, Darrin also worked with a consulting firm out of Texas focusing on corporate flourishing and employee engagement alongside his colleague who has his PhD in organizational change. Their combined experience and work-flows helped both Darrin and his colleague grow in their skills and expertise.

Darrin's process is:

- Personal: custom tailored training and support for each individual or organization

-Adaptable: Darrin's methods can be modified for personal development or for organizational support

-Effective: Draws on his experience in leadership as well as trusted and proven methods and models for leadership development

-Concise: Darrin's teaching style gets right to the point of the matter to help develop soft skills, organizational skills, and build character necessary to succeed in corporate environments, but still takes the time necessary to go deeper into core issues.

Darrin's lesson are for anyone, from beginner to an establish leader or executive. After the initial orientation, Darrin will establish a custom learning track for your specific needs and assign the necessary curriculum or resources.

Sessions will consist of covering necessary learning material as well as offering insight, models for change, and on-going coaching and support. Anyone looking to be more skilled, effective, and respected as a leader will love the grow and experience they have working with Darrin.

Details

Fees are for meeting times only. Clients will be responsible for purchasing their own books or curriculum when/if necessary. No travel fee if within a reasonable distance. Travel fees for longer distances will be discussed on case by case basis.

Darrin has an office in central San Antonio where meetings can be held. Conference room is available for teams sessions as well.
