About Franci

I am a person with a deep passion for supporting and inspiring other beings, through accompaniment, support and the search for transformation.

I have worked for over 7 years as a coach in different multinational companies and have over 20 years of experience as a leader. I focus on executive coaching and leadership to help you grow and improve. We work at your pace in each one-hour session. You'll take away actions to implement that will generate growth and transformation. You'll go through different internalization exercises that will open your mind and give you a broader perspective. You can expect in me a wayfarer who will show you the path and the treasures that are already within you! Your talents, your options, and your opportunities. Dare to become the best version of yourself!

About the lesson

As a coach, I use coaching techniques such as NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), creative visualization, process coaching, powerful questions, and others. A working objective is established, and through the aforementioned tools, a result is achieved, which should include transformation in the individual and the generation of a broader perspective with solutions for a specific topic chosen by the client.

We can work on personal or work-related issues (e.g., conflicts with your boss or colleagues), fears, obstacles to carrying out actions or projects, and develop skills such as human connection, leadership, and others. I work with empathy, without judgment, and I walk alongside you until you achieve your goals. Classes are aimed at professionals, entrepreneurs, growing leaders, and people seeking an internal transformation to grow. This is an investment in your future!
