About Monish
I am an AI/ML Lead with around 15 years of professional experience in software development, Python, data engineering, and artificial intelligence. Throughout my career, I have mentored developers, led technical teams, and helped people understand complex technology through clear, practical guidance.
I enjoy teaching young learners because coding develops creativity, confidence, and structured thinking. My goal is not only to teach programming, but also to help students think like entrepreneurs—recognizing problems, creating useful solutions, and presenting their ideas confidently. I provide patient, supportive, and personalized lessons for beginners and experienced learners.

My lessons are practical, interactive, and designed for children and teenagers. Students learn Python, programming logic, problem-solving, and beginner AI concepts by building games, quizzes, useful applications, and creative projects.
I also encourage students to think like young entrepreneurs: identify real problems, develop ideas, create technology-based solutions, and confidently present what they build. Lessons are adapted to each student’s age, experience, interests, and learning pace.
