About Shreya
I am a lawyer by profession and meditator by passion. I believe the we should train our selves to a state that we dont have to remind ourselves to stay positive. I have coached many people to de-stress and move in life with positivity and confidence. I take meditation classes, teach positivity and help people build confidence.

My teaching method will be verbal, one to one instruction I will address the issues of students and instead of a one way communication it will be interactive in nature. My classes are for students who deal with anxiety, depression or lack of confidence, and also for home makers and professionals who need to de-stress themselves and improve positivity.
