About Hassan

As a law graduate with an LLB Hons from the University of Strathclyde and Bar Vocational Studies from City, University of London, I bring both academic distinction and invaluable practical experience to my teaching. Currently serving as a Judicial Clerk at the Supreme Court of Pakistan, I possess a unique, first-hand understanding of legal practice and its complexities. My professional background includes roles at prestigious institutions such as the Financial Conduct Authority, ELMS Legal, and EPIQ, where I honed my skills in advocacy, legal research, and disclosure review. About the lesson

Perfect! Hassan is making what seems to me to be unexpected good progress in detecting in the flaws in a real life defence statement. Hassan appears to me to be somewhat anxious regards what is going on, but I am deliberately providing as little information as possible to maximise the probative value of Hassan's work. It
• seems very likely to me that Hassan has little idea what is really going on, but has the gumption to proceed nonetheless. The gumption. It seems to me, that at the end of my discussions with various lawyers tutors, whomever it is who produced the defective defence statement is going to have a lot to worry about.
That person is not Hassan. I do not agree that non-studenta do not require law tutoring. Gumption is in short supply. It requires a premium. You can have the skills, but what if you lack the gumption?
