About Andrea
Hi! I'm a law student with a passion for teaching and learning. Since 2022, I've been teaching constitutional law classes at several high schools in the Turin area, particularly in first-year classes, so I've gained some teaching experience. I believe in a less formal teaching method, one that's tailored to each student's individual needs and aimed at fostering understanding and the acquisition of useful skills; studying isn't just sterile memorization; in fact, memorization should be a secondary component. I'm convinced that learning means, first and foremost, understanding complexity and acquiring the skills to manage it, not memorizing notions that anyone can now acquire by asking an Artificial Intelligence question.

My goal is to teach students that studying means understanding, not just memorizing. Therefore, each subject will be approached in a way that encourages analysis and reasoning. Providing appropriate study methods, whether summaries, diagrams, or concept maps, will also be an integral part of the teaching. Homework assistance will serve the same purpose, providing support to students to arrive at the correct answers on their own, thus consolidating the theoretical knowledge they have acquired through practice. Regarding Italian in particular, another goal is to encourage reading, a crucial skill for developing text comprehension skills, essential in any context, both at work and in everyday life. Reading is also the only way to learn to write well, that is, to write fluently and grammatically and syntactically correctly.
